I play Counter Strike 1.6 online ..in it i m having high latency most times . Sometime my latency gets good specially on SUNDAY dunno why .
I have rs 799 plan which BSNL turned 256kbps to 512kbps recently .. HOPE TO GET MY PROBLEM SOLVED

Latency is completely depended on BSNL. We won't able to do anything than testing it. Call your local exchange and seek help. If nothing works, complain to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. ID and phone no on the backside of your bill.
