This is so nice collection Ashish really this is 'unforgettable moments' .
This memory lane will be too long as the day progress.Remaining days of life is reducing and memory is increasing probably after 15-20 years we will think all recent phenomena or incident like that way.
At the moment i am thinking about one Tagore song which was dedicated to this topic with wonderful lyrics.I can give song youtube link but not many will understand Bengali.

Thats a really great collection GC.
But how did u forget the two most important programmes that changed televiewing for ever,
Quiz Time (of Siddharth Basu) and The Work This Week (of Pranoy Roy)

    BTW Rupu
I don't think u were old enough then, but people of my gen. still remember "Johnny Sokko & His Flying Robot" that used to come on Kolkata Doordarshan in mid 80's. one of the best child science fiction that I have seen till date (a google search reveals that it has attained a cult status)

I can't remember any program in 80's i saw first television in early 90's(which is little prominent in my memory) that time i used to watch Cricket & Mahabharat(in Sunday) & some times movies in the weekend in Doordarshan.
