Subscribed Threads??

When we click on USER CP, we can see Subscribed Threads, I want to know what these exactly means; Are these those threads in which I have posted my comments recently or what??

That's right. You will also see a tick mark in a green rectangle.

I mean this one. See -> (Actually it's square)
That mean the thread is subscribed or you posted a reply in that thread.
It's a cool feature to keep track of your work. But I haven't used it much.
