Thread: Was I right or wrong ????

Today was my last exam at college, after it we were chatting outside college . three of my classmates were teasing another (a boy with mental problems) there. After some time I couldnt stand it and went there and Sent the poor boy towards his home. this pissed off the other three (though in same class i dont know their names, bastards look like small time ruffians ).
They started arguing with me and one thing led to another and one of them punched me in the face. This started a fight between me and those three. though it lasted not more than four minutes, we all got bruises. I on the other hand got punched in the eyes and ears and who knows where. On pain killers now, will know tomorrow or late at night. Couldnt help it, was fighting three opponents and had to pay the price.

At home now, took injection and everything. But what bothers me is the question whether i was right or wrong. Have no idea, who knows, maybe i was wrong. I am tough but i m not a regular fighter, so could have stayed away from it. dont know what came into me. Feeling kinda dizzy and had nothin to do, the exam being over and all. so wrote it down here.

You were absolutely right but not smart.

You need to neutralize your opponents quickly else 3 against 1 is dead beat. The best way to netralize a person is a swift chop on the windpipe. But not too hard - just small force will do. Hit too hard and the guy will die.

p/s. Not promoting violence BTW.

hmmm, sound advice. if i knew it before, probably could have used it. it happened so suddenly that only solid punches came to mind. Anyway, i dont condone violence either. u would like to know that i myself went ahead and stopped union guys from taking on them and shook hands with one of those piece of s#its before i left.
one eye is practically closed shut by now, gotta go rub some more ice.

I was there and witnessed the whole thing. Evander put up a
great fight. I can't tell you more about this becuase of the
first rule of our club.

Uncle very bad suggestion ..... Those kinda things should be done only by trained guys , If Eve tried that there is a good chance he ll be in jail for murdering 3 guys :no:

You should attack their weakness . Should have tried to talk your way out . From what you say they have a lot of Brawn and not so much Brain .

Its best not to get into street fights at all . Even if you had managed to beat those guys he would have come back later with more ?

I know yaar, such things never end. But I tried my best to resolve this, in my case i do such dull things in the end ,not in the beginning . I tried to make up with those pieces of s#it (read my last post) but if they still try to come at me after new year, they will get what they missed today.
Though i did pretty good, I am going to start working out in a gym very soon.

'Course you did the right thing about saving that guy. Maybe the fight was'nt such a good idea without backups.

This happens so freq in ma coll, the oly difference is tat it always happens with other dept. guys , so there's no derth of people to aid you.

In your case , I would also support the idea that taking your way out is the best option if you are all alone.
