All i know is that newcomers reppo does not count as point, in which the repo has a grayed icon near the thread name rather than the green.

Is this ur issue ?

One more think I have noticed, may be i am wrong. When your reputation points are more than or equal to 100...You get that two green dots (like just4kix & essbebe)

I think you are correct, there are few which are grayed out, but if that so, it should not be like this, I mean if newbees repo's are not adding up then whats the use to have them this right.
