    I swear same here, yet to start first i decided 1 feb to start with then decided friday 6 feb

    but trust me these days i am not smoking more thn one or two cigs in a day
    looking forward to bring it down to 0

    I have partially started my gym. Since Feb 1 I have started going for a walk, in order to increase my stamina. will start gym soon

    i generally dont make such resolutions as i know i wont be able to follow them. once last year i made a new year resolution of quiting smoking ... managed it for 17 days ... jan1 2008 to jan 16 2008 ... but couldnt resist after that

    even i tried a lot to quit but unable to do that but reduced it to one or two ciggs a day.

    guys all it takes is will power......common all of u kno tht its harmful stilll ......

    y do u ve to get addicted to it....once in a way whoz denyin....but i still tell u.....if u want u can always quit.....

    yes.. me too.. **** sad it is.. i reduced almost one in a day.. but like that thing comes in mind.. v get so tempted.. :lol:

    ahhhh.. :lol: perfect..he he he.. but in a day.. ppl feel to fag suppose 4 -5 days.. lol.. then i guess either it will be very boring.. reading everyday KS or he/she will become sex maniac..

    lol... I don't really know whether KS helped me to quit smokin... BUt I take it as figure of speach!
