u'r welcome m8... nice reason..gym will be necessary if u want to build ur body...

for a normal healthy body n heart, 90mins of cardio vascular is enough for a week. saw it on oprah once (ok i watched the show that one time, n they showed some real sh** on it )
    DON'T beam me up, Scotty!

i'm tellin you saurav, it was so bad that my finger tips were all red!

well honestly speaking i just decided not to do it... i also cut my nails with a nail cutter (which previously was not needed btw :lol, also smoothed them out after a few days. u are attracted to biting them when there are some jagged edges on your nails, so this fixes this issue.

you can also apply a bit of boro plus on the tips n nails, so you wud not be inclined to get that stuff in your mouth (trust me when i say this ).

    good luck!

Thats pretty good Manish, keep it up, i think the best way to see it is, that its for your own good and your not doing for anyone else!

Its actually amazing the wonders even a little exercise can do to you!
