Problem with downloading TV serials is that there are not enough seeds - there could be exceptions but the sheer size is a deterant for many.

You can try a Online Video Sharing site. Veoh have many of the TV shows. The quality will be viewable. If you install their software and an account, then you can download video files. Else you can watch online.

try private trackers i dont get any shows from public ones.

i've even configured utorrent to automatically down my fav tv show eps... thanks to a private site + rss feeds... dnt have to go through any trouble and time wastage.
