मुंबई / दिल्ली : देश की दिग्गज रियल एस्टेट कंपनियों के वरिष्ठ बोर्ड निदेशकों ने हाल में अपने पदों से इस्तीफा दे दिया है। कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं कि रियल्टी सेक्टर में मौजूद लेखा - जोखा ( एकाउंटिंग ) से जुड़ी संदिग्ध नीतियां उनके जाने की एक वजह हो सकती है। बीते कुछ महीनों में ओमैक्स , पूर्वांकारा प्रोजेक्ट्स , कोल्टे पाटिल , आकृति सिटी , पार्श्वनाथ , बीपीटीपी और अंसल प्रॉपर्टीज जैसी बड़ी कंपनियों के निदेशकों और वरिष्ठ कार्यकारी अधिकारियों ने अपने पद से त्यागपत्र दे दिया है।

शुक्रवार को खबर गर्म थी कि डीएलएफ के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी रमेश संका ने भी इस्तीफा दे दिया है। इस खबर के बाद शुरुआत में डीएलएफ का शेयर 38 फीसदी गिर गया था। बाद में संका ने इस खबर को खारिज किया। आम तौर पर अगर किसी कंपनी का चीफ फाइनेंशियल ऑफिसर अपने ईसॉप बेचता है या फिर कंपनी का कार्यकारी निदेशक त्यागपत्र देता है तो यह निगाहें खींचने वाली घटना नहीं होती लेकिन जिस बात ने सभी का ध्यान खींचा है वह है ऐसी घटनाओं का सिर्फ एक सेक्टर यानी रियल एस्टेट में होना।

हालांकि आधिकारिक रूप से ज्यादातर त्यागपत्रों के लिए ' व्यक्तिगत कारणों ' का हवाला दिया गया है लेकिन उद्योग के अधिकारियों का मानना है कि रियल एस्टेट सेक्टर में कॉरपोरेट गवर्नेंस का मौजूदा स्तर आला अधिकारियों के पद छोड़ने का महत्वपूर्ण कारण है। रियल एस्टेट कंपनियों से हाल में जुड़े ऑडिट विशेषज्ञों के मुताबिक ज्यादातर भारतीय डेवलपर के एकाउंटिंग के कुछ तौर - तरीके चिंताजनक हैं।

सत्यम कंप्यूटर सर्विसेज में हाल के घटनाक्रम के बाद भारतीय कॉरपोरेट गलियारों में कॉरपोरेट गवर्नेंस पर जोर दिया जा रहा है। सत्यम में हाल में देश के सबसे बड़े कॉरपोरेट फजीर्वाड़े से पर्दा उठा है। पिछले सप्ताह की शुरुआत में ओमैक्स के कार्यकारी निदेशक विपिन अग्रवाल ने इस्तीफा दिया था। वह बोर्ड के सदस्य भी थे। अग्रवाल ने ईटी को बताया , ' यह जिंदगी में आगे बढ़ने का वक्त है और इस सेक्टर में कुछ खास नहीं हो रहा। '
