Its working fine for me....
The website only took sec to load. Maybe a DNS problem ?

Are you using OpenDNS ?

and yes i opened the file, I didn't get the IP thing, is there any IP add for ICICI net banking site?
Before that try OpenDNS.
Go to this link www.opendns.com/smb/start/device/windows-xp for instructions to set up OpenDNS in Windows XP.
To check if OpenDNS is successfully set got to the OpenDNS main page www.opendns.com and you will see You're using OpenDNS! message
on the top right corner of the page.

its wrk absolutely f9 due to some connectivity problems you have to face these kind of problems. working of icici net banking site is very efficient and smooth.
The site is working fine for me now. I think it was due to bad connectivity.
