Thread: Mumbai terror attack Kasab booked for entering CST without ticket

As the much-awaited chargesheet against Ajmal Amir Kasab will be filed on Wednesday, the lone surviving militant of the November 26 Mumbai terror attacks has also been booked for entering the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus without a platform ticket.

But, when they entered the CST, they violated railway rules – they did not had platform tickets -- said sources. Hence, the cases against Kasab, the sources added.

Honestly, just how ridiculous can our Indian system get ? Now, does it indeed make any difference, that he bought a ticket or not. And supposing he gets a the Ultimate punishment, will they keep him alive in prison for 6 months as penalty instead of hanging.

Instead of concentrating on the main issue of getting pakistan to act against Terrorism our guys prefer to play the ball game - you blame and I blame you, and we get no work done

I pity on the news-reporter who wrote that article... Out of several charges against Kasab, he found 1 thats immaterial to the magnitude of offence...

Please stop being part of the mockery by an idiot reporter. Kasab being booked for being ticketless - that much is true. But this is just one small charge out of tons of the very big charges in the 11K pages chargesheet. The media is making a mountain of a molehill and we are falling prey to it.

i agree, we have to force and punish these type of offenders but see how our Govt & our rules are....
pramod mahajan was shot dead by his brother who himself went to the police station & accepted that he shot his brother but till today case is running on him... i dont understand this matter at all... hope some day it will change.....

i seen on TV man carrying it......hes was having abt 8-9 bundles of it & he was totally exhausted.

Well its protocol to go by the process even to hang terrorist. I think some changes need to be made in constitute, to get such things at pace. Ppl like this should be hanged in front of public.
