Normally PF Accounts slips are issued on annual basis to the members.
However, for exact details one need to contact the employer, if there is a separate PF Trust, or directly the RPFC, if it is a centralised account (quoting of PF A/c No. is a must in this case)

andCan I get it signed by somebody else, I mean, signatures from gazzetted office will do?
Is there any way out(any website etc) to find out in which PF office branch (delhi) is my account?
What are your dues, Manish? Although what essbebe said is true, it is better to clear the dues. Keeps your plate clean.
