This is known as the Nigerian 419 email scam.

I have been getting such mails ever since I had my first email account. Many people have been cheated by this scam.

The other type of scam, similar in nature, is the Lottery scam.

True, while talking about the lotery scam, they don't even hesitate to take trustworthy brand names like Microsoft bumper Lottery or Yahoo Winner etc

People have fallen for such scams. They are not dumb; just simpletons who fall for greed. So we need to spread the truth.

Yes thats correct Greed is the thing which makes people to fall in to such traps and loose everything they have earned....! Only they themselves can help it... Just forget replying to such mails...!

People thinks that they have nothing to loose if they reply but there is chance that they might get something, but what they don't know is that the details provided by them can be used against them, can be used in some illegal deeds.
