Punchfarce no one had reply to it. But I like it. I think I should join there to tide over my crisis.
What's your crisis? if it is depression please see a doctor immediately
they can prescribe anti-depressants like Prozac etc.
anyway it is good to visit WF, whatever crisis you have will pale in
comparison to the issues some people have over there, and you will
feel better ;-)

Depression is a serious anamoly that is often overlooked. Many people do not understand that others are suffering from it. Like, consider your age (20). You are just becoming adolescent. You are not expected to suffer from depression - but you are.
Some people suffer depression because of sickness, loss of dear ones, a love that went wrong, inability to do well in academics, anxiety about the future, etc.
It is highly recommended that you visit a psychiatrist. Also a course in "The Art of Living" or daily yoga would be very useful. Then there are "Vipasssana" - highly recommended.
But ultimately you will have to develop the strong will power to overcome the malady. Remember that 95% of ill-health is all in the mind.

I am not able to identify my cause of depression. I think it might be due to pressure of studying & then juggling all other works which is not related to it I do.
Thanks kix. Gonna try it. I was thinking it will be solve by ten days but it is going to stay for more days. I am trying to be again happy.
