IBF Stalker is any one ... someone who just makes a nuisance here and then disappears or gets banned. The person is a close relative of the "mGngr Advocate" (sorry will not use the adword). An example of a stalker is a member of the Nigerian gang selling cheap ipods or Chinese gang giving away Nike shoes at cheap prices.
