Default Few Important Wild Animal in India

Although in spite of lot of law by Govt. the area of reserve forest is reducing by day by day and also by the excessive population ecosystem is not in perfect condition.
Recent news report said that in Panna reserve forest no any tiger is present. Few years ago lots of tiger was present there. Now question is in this scenario how we can protect such animal?
Although Tiger & Rhinoceros conservation project give some positive result in few forest or national park but still overall picture is not so good.
Already forest area is reducing due to population is their anyway to protect them?
    Give your opinion.

News Source::Panna reserve has no tiger

leave the wild animals...The most sacred animals live in poor conditions in India..

looks like noone is at all interested about anything else their own selfish needs. our livestock is dying/living in poor conditions, most wild animals are in threateous state of living.,..no one to care, govt is sick...

i think in Africa the countries are poor but atleast they understood atleast now, that wild animals are very important.

People often forget that there are things that are irreversible. Unfortunately we do not have any subject related to environment in school/College.

Life's Vicious circle can never be completed without animals, the balance will be shaken badly if there would be no animals. Why man forgets that he himself is an animal.

by that line i meant that just think, if we can keep our religious cattle so sick, how come we keep the wild animals(those living in jungles and are distant from us) in good conditions..

really are we cared about anyone at all???

looks like, that more the people are learned the more they are becoming illitrates.

Guys we have to give the animals the dignity, which God gave upon us on our birth, otherwise we will surely live a worst life(even than these animals) in the next birth,,,

Humans have no problems with Animals dying etc...

humans can eat humans as already doing... (virtually humans eats humans, so practically that will do too )

we have had plenty of them in school itself and well i had in coll too. Fact is that, in this case, supply will be there as long as demand exists.

I was talking about poaching of wild animals... tho many of them are hardly reported , I would say that they are the major reason for fall in population.

Govt should assign best officials to deal with environment and wildlife. If people actually understand their real value, they will never touch them. Nothing in the world work without using force. Put competitive men, you get the result.

I think after Veerappan, there probably are not
many large scale criminal poachers left.

Most of the poaching is probably by people
foraging for food and habitable/cultivatable land.

I think the main issues are population and poverty.
When people are starving, killing a deer for food
doesn't seem so immoral. When you have to feed
your family poaching a leopard and selling the skin
    seems ethical.

p.s don't get me wrong, I think there should be
    conservation and bio-diversity is important.

Is this translation accurate? I asked a co-worker and
she translated. Here mother tongue is Telugu so I
am not sure she translated correctly.
