for tht one needs to define wht is manners n behaviour

as for each person would ve a different defination....depending on the the culture n society around em......

For me Manners & Behaviour in Public would be different than some one else as it would reflect ur own self.

I would say manners n behaviour in public shud always be decent.

People who become rich by efforts are usually mild mannered, polite and down to earth. People who inherit wealth (may) tend to be bad mannered, arrogant and insulting.

Wealth may contibute to the (bad) manners but I think that it is the basic personality of the person whether s/he is well behaved or not. Wealth (abundance or lack thereof) may just act as a catalyst.

Well what i have noticed is people who are born with wealth are nice but people who suddenly become rich lose their grips from earth. they just show off and make others feel so low. have seen few such people around haha.

    That is also true.

Many people cannot absorb sudden glory, wealth, success, etc. (and antonyms thereof).

    Worth a rep.

Behaviour and wealth are no way related. There are wrong doers in every class. Being poor doesn't mean he will be of good nature. Modern tribals are still there in our society. They know nothing other than instant success. But knowledge and behaviour are heavily related. I have never met a great mind who has cruel attitude. They may be different, but of good nature.

According to me , poor people are the strongest voice of any revolution.

As for manners , they are cultivated & attained as we grow which can be done by anyone who is not poor in character.

    I disagree.
It depend upon your character , on your humility which poor can have in plenty unless they have face some situation in life which make them so.

IMO There are no set rules for behaviour, every person got its own style of thinking, they way he reacts/responds. There shouldn't be anything like Richness or Poorness justifing behaviour, rich guys may be proudy sometimes but at the same time a poor guy can be very proudy because of his looks.

    Thanks prouser,
I got the idea from this reply of prouser

Although in his comment there is no directly economical matter is present about peoples behaviour. Now I still think it's indirectly present. So i have started the debate that really poor people did not behave well (in the respect Manners & behaviour in public).I did little mistake to explain about the topic.
I think although behaviour is not directly depend on economical class but still few reason is present like lack of education,so many class division, rural and urban cultural division, regional or state wise cultural division etc.So Indian people are totally fragmented in their own culture & society. When ever two people from different class of society meet each other in any circumstances then they find unknown to each other due to same reason also the definition of 'good behaviour' is not same in all type of people.Obviously the educated high class people have little developed culture & manner due his/her education but also we don't need to forget that he/she got this manners from his/her own society or background.
Unless the other part of society will flourish, India will get such difference in people attitude.
If I summarized then in two line
Behaviour is such think which directly depend on society, education & personality and parents guidance and indirectly on class.

yes, my favourite topic. punishment must be just but severe.
i don't believe in 'eye for an eye', I believe in 'two eyes for an eye'.
there is no justice in the indian court system. justice delayed is
justice denied. justice should be swift. punishment even swifter.
