    Default Pics of Punch Bala's garden

    hi all, we are exited to see grapes from our grape plant for the first time
    so i went to the yard and took some pictures. here are the pics.

    even we wear such tiger tooth or bear tooth or ivory as locket in arunachal it says it keeps u safe from bad spirits.

    i see, in tamil nadu we wear it for the status symbol and

    it's some variety of jasmine. i have to ask the neighbor, the plant is
    theirs but all the flowers overlow into our yard

    the colorful ones are the tastiest, they are called
    naattu kozhi which means village chicken.

    I see. My dad wears it too. I guess there are different type of beads available and you are lucky if you get all type of Rudraksh beads around your neck!

    u know farce now where my papa is posted its like a valley and forest protected area so lotsa big big trees are there everywhere even my papa's bungalow is near a jungle and the jungle is full of rubber plants and rudraksh trees.

    yes there are many different types, based on the number of faces.
    it goes from 1 to 21 faces and a couple of other rare ones.
    a chain having all the types together is very expensive.
    this one is over 1200 dollars

    Yeah. I can recall my dad saying something related to Mukhi while proudly referring to his collection of Rudraksha.

    well i will be at home during durga puja i will try and pick some from the nearby jungle and see how many faces i can collect

    yes, we old-timers are proud of our rudrakshas.

    I have a gauri-shankar pendant. (in addition to the mala i am wearing in my avatar)

    i think most of the ones you pick will be five faces, if it is something
    else it is rare.
