You think that only sanskrit's origin is mysterious and historians know with certainty when Tamil was devoloped ? ,ofcourse not ! Tamil's origins are also a mystery .....
Only from what we know and what has been excavated we can conclude with some certainity that Tamil was a language which existed before any other Indian language .

Yes The Aryan migration theory is just a theory ,nobody knows with certainity what happened at that time and there are many competing theorys too .The only thing we know is that there were many waves of migration into India and no group can claim to be natives of India .

Politics in Ancient India took a different form ,because India is a country made up of different cultures .
imo Indians thought it would be more suitable to politicise culture rather than religion .
So most baatles were fought over cultures rather than relgion . Example : Mauryan Empire against The southern kingdoms
