Rep Power: 9  | few points to remember. 1. ICICI Bank NEVER allows you to reset user ID or Update Details online. It is always done manually by filling up a form and submitting at the Branch. It is a fail-safe system on their part. 2. Any mail actually sent from ICICI Bank would always contain your A/c No. or Customer ID No. (partly masked with XXX) 3. Never click on any link sent in an EMail that asks for confidential information. |
