Thread: Why I sometime feel lonely here & humilated?

Why I have stay in this forum?
I love this forum. I have always respected its member but I have opposed their views when I think they say is wrong. Some will say leave forum if you have problem. Is this correct? Should I leave my country which I love if I found any problem in it or learn to live with it.
I would not have ever written this if not for request of smoothy.

My only grievance:

Double standards & discrimination in case of me:

When I have been insulted no action taken. When some aren't able to point out fallacy in statements they have openly malign me.

Shallow & hollow thinking I have. These posts have been deleted or edited & poster not getting any infractions.
I have said to troll.

Some of violation of forum etiquettes by others:

Writing inflamous thing about religions just see world first thread.

I too am to blame but who is more responsible can be seen.

I have remarked again & again that I don't follow any existing religious sect. I try to follow only logic.

But in my case on my first day when I was active most:
Second when I found out people are saying Sony is better in thread Is Sonyerricson worth it..?
I gave fact which are not my personal experiences but facts.

Then someone say:

Where is your force Luke?

you can read 100000000000s of books but that does not take away from the fact that every one in this forum know who you really are.

Who am I?

I think I should report you for trolling. I know you don't respect have geeks & book lovers but that's no way to reply. I have said that in PS(post script).Lama you will never recognise the contributions from us.(geeks & hackers).

My first infraction for trying to remove a stereotype that all men ogle.

I ignore this for a time. These things happen. Sometime people have misunderstanding.

After I was banned. Some comments after it:

I am sure... I am sure that he'll never change no matter whether you ban him for two weeks or two thousand years.
When I remarked that we might get a changed Luke after two weeks,I was just being courteous...hoping against hope.

Actually he is not being mean. We tried to show him his mistakes politely...but he just was not ready to listen.

Second infraction was when I have opposed that these gold silver platinum things discriminate. I opposed the spamming. I wrote you all people are never going to accept your mistakes or something like that. Tell me does it violated forum etiquettes as much as earlier one?

I feel some time lonely as I am not welcome here much:
I am the only member to have only one thread created by any user for anything on intro section. When I got 2000 post & 200 , 300 rep no thread by anybody.
I have respected these decisions of mod but never ever any one is infracted for voilating rules except two or three members.
Now if some one create a thread on that it will not be same thing. I am not going to respond to those threads.

I have always like people but I oppose their views which I consider wrong. If I had any hard feeling I would never have given any rep to those. I was the first one to start giving rep to those person.

Do you know what is the biggest problem here? You think that, this universe, this forum revolves around you.

Get up and smell the coffee...it does not. You are not the focal point of this forum.

The forum is a collective endeavour not a place to boast about your individual glories.

Don't take this in an offensive way...I am sorry if you feel hurt to what I said, but it is the truth.

I don't think this is true, noone here has a specific agenda against
Luke Skywalker. I think you are just paranoid.

Each and every one of us can quote messages where we were
insulted and discriminated. It is not intentional and you need to
take it so.

This is a good opportunity for you to develop your real life
situation handling skills. In the real world it will be 100 times
worse and you need to brush off these kind of things.

After reading all that you posted by you here,
I say, you are thinking that members here are not giving attention to you. If that is so then do something good from which you start getting attention.

Luke i want to tell you my own story here, I have created a thread as "Daily Health Tips" When i created that and started giving tips i saw no replies in there and i was thinking oh may be people dont want it and I am forcing them, so I decided to stop but before I stopped I just posted that as I am not getting any replies here hence I wont post anymore tips here. Very soon I got many repllies there (you can check the starting of that thread) everybody said they read the thread regularly but there is nothing to reply so they are not replying there.

Then I realized what mistake I would have done if I had stopped posting there, I would always keep blaming people for not posting without knowing the proper reason. Now a days I am not posting daily there as I was busy but unbelievably I got PM's from members asking me why am I not posting ??

Luke, Importance cant be taken you have to earn it.
Only advce I can give you is, stay calm the day will come when, as you expect other members may give importance to you, I dont say we dont care about you but this childish behaviour will make everybody upset and we will feel to avoid you. So just forget everything be friendly and post good stuff and the rewrd is waiting for you....

Some pointers from me in the friendlist possible way :

- Goldern rule : Earn respect, never ask for it.

- If you want to be a critic, you must accept in return too. (learn it from farce )

- As for whatever happened to you before you were banned,
new comers are expected to behave in the nicest possible way,
and obviously we knew nothing about you. Probably you
would know many people visit such forums to take out their real
life's irritations on others.

- as for rules : yes, people who stay longer, are to some extent
tolerated when compared to new compared to new comers, and
the decision solely lies with mods/admin.

Don't expect each and everything to be followed to the letter, this
is not a prison, nor all of us Jedi's.
