Thread: direct movie download no torrent

hi,
can any one tell me from where to download movies directly not from torrent because it pains in speed. the direct download must be not more than 2-3 file because the rapidshare link have 5-50 saperate link and it is frutating and in free account the download limit gets over please help me

Erm this thread is in the wrong section how does that relate to BSNL broadband, this is more of a general question.

Torrents depend mainly on seeders / leechers ratio.

If seeders number is more than 10 then you can expect somewhat speeds. If its more the better, also if there are too many leechers then the overall torrent will be slow.

So if you can find a torrent with enough seeders and less leechers it should not be slow if your firewall doesn't block the torrents and the ports used by utorrent (or any other bittorrent client) is okay (refer : port forwarding). I get almost 50-60 KBPs consistently for the torrents I pick. Spending some time to find a good torrent saves a lot of downloading time

Also there's no specific site for mentioning movies probably cause what I know will be considered as piracy thereby I refrain from posting it :P ..

Torrents are still the choice for me though. I don't mind the wait as I almost find everything I need on torrents.

Try portforwarding if the torrent speed is less.

You can search Google to find websites from where you can download movies. Asking for links to download movies is against forum rules.

If you could provide your modem & bit torrent client details, we could help you in solving your torrent speed issues.

I think torrent use should be limited as they are clogging the net. FUP for torrents should be implented.

Internet should be banned also. There is a lot of misuse.
