Go to paypal.com. It is just like registering a new email ID. Give details and link your card.

If you transfer an amount above 5000 from your paypal account to your bank account, it is free. You can find detailed fee structure in their site. Haven't used it recently.

When you open an Personal account & when you want to add your credit card to your paypal account, initially a amount of $1.95 is charged on your credit card for verification. Once verified, the amount is refunded to your account.

Hey, you know here in Spain if you open up a PayPal account, they take €1.50 as a non refundable fee.

All the financial institutions here charge fees for everything; cashing cheques, using a debit card, they even charge you money for the stamp to send you out your monthly statements. When we asked the bank to stop sending the statements they said 'no, we cannot do that'!

Sorry if I went a bit off topic there, but I do feel better after the rant!
