Download speed is more imp. to us than upload speed...

I tested my Internet speed by using the ip-details.com/internet-speed-test/.
My speed test results are,
7.02 Mbps when downloading,
2.86 Mbps when uploading..

Which plan are you using. Speedtest.net is known to give accurate result.

Not actually
You tested your upload speed only in one stream at a time.
But in torrents you get connected to more than one at a time.
So better check your torrent upload speed.
That is the real upload speed , not this one.

I don't think so..
The torrent upload speed also will be same ( or nearly same) to the upload speed given in speedtest...
