Please tell me how to open a paypal accounts and what are the thing required to open an account at paypal. Also, is it safe to do transactions with paypal.

As per my knowledge we have to link our bank account with paypal, is that 100% safe?

Please help.

Nothing is safe 100%. There is a bloke who had broken ssl & release a video on how to do it. All these things are ssl encrypted.

Paypal is a globally accepted method for all of your online needs including buying rapidshare accounts, domain name shopping, all sorts of online shopping. So go paypal way and it's not compulsory to add a bank account.
