Does not look like it. Anyway Harpreet is managing that and I suspect that she will be willing to hold on a little longer.

Admin jee, it was nice that you started the forum, will thank you for that. You have done a really good job here. I hope you did not sell this place because of Suzlon

Anyways, i wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavours.

PS: i hope you made a LOT of money as the rep that indiabroadband had was worth LOTTTTT (i see Rs1cr+ on some online cals, hehe too personal i guess

i do agree. All the mods deserve to be mods. hope admin can work on that as a part of the deal. They did a really good job. They in a way own the forum too.

this is the reason y i don't involve myself too much to any of the forums. its like u get addicted to forum, can't leave w/o it & one day........BOOM. the forum went down or admin sells it. no offense, but this really sucks (even on virtual platform like internet). this is like my 4th experience in a matter like this.

anyways.....things happen. m glad that admin(purane wala

) not leaving. i guess we can b pretty much as b4 on IBB.

all the best for the new project admin. u were really coolest forum owner i've ever seen.

Why dont you post your entire journey of starting this forum to current date and how things went for you.
Post from Day 1 of this forum , all problems you faced, the ways you took to overcome it and finally making it a success.

It can be a guide for a person like me whose site get 1L+ hits, people view every topic for 100+ times but dont comment. I need to incresae interactivity.

I can benifit from your experience.

Although I did not join this forum because of Parminder or anyone else, over the year one does feel a connection.

I joined the forum of 20-Dec-2007 and I have been a mod from 08-Sep-2008 till 11-Oct-2009.

Well, looks like the new owner(s) is (are) not interested in an introduction.

There are some subtle changes going on. For one, stats link is gone. The "Introductions" section has been deleted or hidden. And although, I had offered to resign as mod, I was removed from the post without intimation and so were Smoothvibes and Rameshjee. I feel that at least a "pink slip" was required.

For the last two days, the forum does not feel like as it was before. There are very few members online. I had advised people (like Mickey) to stay and contribute. I am myself not sure whether I will be able to continue for long.

No. I am not looking to be the mod again. But I would at least like to know which fraternity I belong to.

I think the new owners are pakka businessmen. I really hate to see this family fall apart like this. It was very hard to see so many friends go away last time, dont want that to happen again.

Guys, just take a break, hope the new owners show their face and show a little respect to those have made this forum what it is today.

On a more positive note, its my 19th Bday today, so free online beer for all !!

Why go and not come again on the forum, I think the people being less online is an issue of holiday and festive season!

Although the new owners haven't shown any an sign, lets make the forum as normal, i mean owners have changed not the people!

I am not making any decision of leaving. It is just a feeling that I have. I am going to login daily and check. But I have been getting the feeling since yesterday.

Infact everyone who have interacted with old regular member feels same. And New Mod's and Admin is not even bothered to introdude himself/herself is adding fuel to it.

And because of this , NEW ADMIN has already created a negative impact/image.
