Thread: What is your hobby?

I like logic problems, and doing crossword puzzles in ink. Syllogistic reasoning is not something enough people practice. I find it refreshing when I encounter it. Sorry, this was probably not what you wanted to hear. There is nothing wrong with cross-stitching, and I'm sure you make some nice pieces.

Well, I used to read a lot of books when I was in high school. Now I prefer reading online articles.

So my hobby would be going online and looking for great deals.

My hobby is fishing and riding ATV's. Can't get enough of either of them!

I love reading books, anytime anywhere and any type. I have a book in my bag, one on my bedside table and a whole wardrobe full of them.

My hobby is collecting things - I generally collect anything that fancies me - movies, gadgets, liquor/wines bottle including miniature bottles, fridge magnets from vaious places I visit, etc.

I also like photography but I am not able to devote much time to that. I also experiment on video.

recently i am making video stuff.. kixxi can u pl tell me a proper software... that can edit for my videos.. basically i need to add audio.. to my vidz.. and also combine.. video to pictures.. all in one making something different n amezing.. with some amazing visual effects.. hope m not going off topic,,, just for couple of threads.!

Please visit VideoHelp.com - Forum, Guides, Tools and hardware lists. You will find better teachers out there. I am experimenting with video but I am not a master by any standard. I use the following software:

a) TMPEGEnc Plus
b) SmartRipper (freeware)
c) DVD2AVI (freeware)
d) MainConcept MPEG2 Encoder
d) DVDShrink (freeware)
e) Ulead VideoStudio 6 (came free with my Dazzle h/w)
f) TMPG DVD Author
g) VOBrater (freeware)

I have a hardware device - Dazzle Hollywood DV bridge - that is used to capture analog video.

well kixxi... i am not making it in such big scale also.. tht as u said getting hardware.. capturing analog video... i m just capturing videos from my cell.. (i think i do it properly capturing stuff....i m satisfied for tht) and photos from same.. (mobile) .. now getting it edited.. from softwares u said.. will try... thanks..

Try Virtual Dub. Its not very user friendly. But it have lot of advanced options. Its freeware. And you can add plugins for extra functions(eg: subtitles)

I have many hobbies like painting, drawing a lot of things in art and craft, photography, sports, cooking and a lot more but cant thing of anything now!

i play the guitar..thats my hobby..

and yeh started bloggin which evolved into freelancing writin for a newspaper and a local magazine...i dont get paid as of now.. so it is a hobby.
