    Post Keep your Passwords safe

Internet is an ocean of information which includes our personal info which we protect using passwords so no one can see. But today there are various login Ids and passwords for different things like different social networking sites, IMs, Emails, forums, net banking etc. so it is quite difficult to remember all passwords so we use easy ones which makes us vulnerable to cyber thieves and hackers.
We try keeping simple passwords like birth date, first name or just use same password for al accounts!
Recently passwords of more than 10000 hotmail accounts were posted , some of the very common passwords include monkey, 123456, monkey123, qwerty, qwertyuiop, 111111, 123456789, and Password123, asdf, abc123, and well I have to agree to have myself used at least 2 of these passwords. And well if your passwords on the list then its time for a makeover.
In order to avoid being a victim stop using weak passwords which include addresses, phone numbers, pet names, first names,.
These are a few tips to avoid becoming a victim:
Don’t use all numbers or all letters
    Change passwords at regular intervals
Make passwords as long as possible
To remember try using numbers substitutes for letters as in for scuba use 5cu8a, or in10ted for intended. Be creative and remember the more easy it is for you to remember the easier it is for hackers to crack

Use long passwords at least, 8 characters long, mine is 18 characters,
use alphabets, numbers, special characters even spaces (if your service support it) in your password, never write down your password anywhere.
