I think this is a fake news. Recently, researcher achieved 500 Mps using LEDs. So 40 Gbps is too high to believe.

I think now for that high-speed connection there is no need to download any HD or Blu-Ray movies but we can watch them online without any buffer time

Yeah Thats Right His name is "Peter Löthberg". Now he is working with Cisco. Just search by his name on Wikipedia (Just Copy the name as it is, as they have only page in Swedish language not in English.)
