To start with, here is the official definition of a genius. according to the Encarta dictionary, a genius is one with exceptional ability, especially somebody whose intellectual or creative achievements gain worldwide recognition .

Austrian pediatrician Hans Asperger identified a form of autism now called Asperger's syndrome--where a person engages in intense absorption with a very narrow range of special interests.Asperger believed that for outstanding "success in science and art, a dash of autism is essential." He believed there is a clear link between mathematical and scientific genius and the form of autism named after him.

Albert Einstein, Mozart,Charles Darwin, Isaac newton are some of the people who we have classed as geniuses. leonardo Da Vinci was possibly the greatest genius the world has ever seen. his gift of talent was in multiple fields, not only art and sculptures but also mathematics and science. His estimated IQ is around 220!

now , when we hear the word genius, the other word that possibly lingers with it in our minds is ‘inborn‘. this may or may not be the case. however ,According to Thomas Alva Edison "Genius is ninety nine percent perspiration and one percent inspiration"
in all of us lies a dormant genius, our full potential.

if geniuses were to be made, then the first thing that needs to be done, is to develop what all geniuses have in common.

Creativity, Productivity, visualization and originality are the traits of a true genius. to implement this, we need to change our life style and more importantly our thought patterns and belief system. Being more positive and thinking in multiple ways is certainly required, one needs to make connections between different things. many a times, great creations are inspired by nature, things which may seem obvious in appearance may not necessarily be so.

brain power, just like our muscles , can be trained and gets stronger with use and exercise.
all of this, even if it does not make you a genius, will surely improve your life and make you successful.
