Whats going on ? Why was my new thread deleted ??

Hi,

As much as I hate to do these things,but it seems like its not gona stop happening to me !

First I don't get proper replies for any of my threads (which is Ok I can live with it) now thread itself deleted for no apparent reason !

Guys whats going on why this treatment ????

Will this thread have the same fate too ?? Am I for some strange reason not welcome here ??

Please do not feel this way. I, for one, value your feedback. You have corrected me a couple of times.

Please let me know what thread was deleted (title, section, etc.). I shall look into it.

The thread had a link to a page which talked about a site which does not allow links to this forum and I make sure this forum is not used to promote that site directly or indirectly. I am not questioning your intentions here but just making sure we do not promote a site where we are barred from being mentioned.

Try posting a link to one of this forums threads and see what happens. Its just paying back in the same currency and has got nothing to do with who posted it... if anyone else would have posted it it would be treated exactly the same way.

Now you may not have any knowledge of whats going on and I don't blame you for that and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this episode to you.

Admin I don't know as to how and why a forum link was noticed in my thread ! I did not post any such link !

I Am not in any other internet related forum ( related to BB or such) but this one and I will not join any other,you can take it from me ! Am actually very very selective bout where I join and what I post (that's why you see my post count is still.........)

So I have ZERO gains in posting any other forum links here ! I directly copied the link from the Times of India site and posted it here !!

Even if there was such link (however it got in) could you not have taken out that link alone and spared the thread ?? I mean edited the thread ??

Anyways whats done is done,let me be that much more careful next time with my threads !

That would be really helpful in a case where by mistake or somehow something unwanted has crept into the thread which may be objectionable or not permitted !
