Thread: Alla Pugacheva songs

Now since demand for international music is high even in Dravidian and Hindi spoken India. I am here mentioning the name of third most successful artist of all times, Alla Pugacheva(dont mistake it with Allah- Alla is a common name in Russia).
So "Someone" requested me to hear her. She was earlier member of the Bolshoi theatre of Soviet Rus. Than she started albums in USSR. She is said to be most successful artist after Michael Jackson and The Beatles.
Though numbers are controversial, but Russians say that since the American music companies were partial in not bringing up Russian music to the world, Alla is said to be even more successful than Michael Jackson as she was a big name till 90s, the end of SSR.

Whatsoever, her albums are still sold as cds all over Russia, and she has brought some more albums in Russia(late 90s). It is said that she was bringing up pop culture to the Land of Iron Curtain much before Americans were serious about it.

somedays back, i saw Alla's name in the Most successful /selling artist list in Wikipedia, not they even dont mention her anywhere in the list.
