    Default Stupidity by Airtel CC

    Hi

    I just wanted to show you some good examples on how stupid the Airtel Customer Care etc makes fool of consumers like us.

    My friend had brought airtel DTH but those guys were unable to fit inside his building and told them he will be refunded.

    It has been like a month since he did not get his Rs 7K back (for 2 connection)

    Since they are not giving money he posted thread on Consumer Complaint regarding this, and to his comment i gave my suggestion.

    Please check below pic.



    I gave suggestion that he should be refunded with delay fess and stuff and look what they replied to me ^^

    Those stupid people just does job of copy/paste in forums and that's it.

    There is some confusion here.
    I was also an Airtel user for 3 to 4 years, and all my complaints were sent to them by email, promptly acknowledged ( auto reply) and followed up. Very rare, i had to escalate to higher authorties.

    Now the email address airtelpresence@airtel.in is NOT LISTED
    in any AIRTEL web site , for customer complaints and appears to be some staff member of Airtel using this forum with above ID.

    Earlier also some overzealous Airtel member started posting replies here ,and on my suggestion, "that his superiors would not like him to reply on behalf of the company " ceased his activity.

    I would advise member to send email to AIRTEL CC direct, and get complaint number auto reply etc to have written records fom AIRTEL.
    This may help the member, in case he wants to approach Consumer court for delay in refund and Deficiency of service.

    My experience,: Earlier Airtel used to waive bill amounts upto Rs 500/=
    and promised Rs 100 credit , if phone not restored within a time frame. ( 2 hours /24 Hours ???)

    You will NEVER get an email reply from airtelpresence@airtel.in
    promising refund etc.

    You are the only one posting about Airtel here &facebook page. If you have problems, move on with any other service provider.
