Thread: Is it illegal to use Gvoice here?

Well Gvoice is my latest toy, early morning i called some guy at Hawaii(yeah really through a sip client)..

ok putting seriously, the google voice when accessed through normal direct bb connection says your country doesnt have gvoice service something like that.. but i want to know if its illegal to use it.. i mean the page doesnt write its illegal.. guessing how US citizens use it outside their country..

I use skype and voipstunt on a regular basis and never had any problems. I wonder why using gvoice is illegal! May be something to do with encryption or the ability of Government of India to listen into those calls may be? Its just a guess as I have no idea about the legalities.

yeah.. but skype is a different thing...
here is complete different stuff.. a brand new U.S number (with the fictitious fancy 555 and other codes ) and you are masked by say a US number in washington from callwithus or tollfree etc.. i mean not our Govt, but the Govt. of U.S..but on the other hand i think, if they had problem with it, they would have stopped it all at once.. isnt it?
