Noramlly movie frame rates
are 23.976 fps & 29.976 fps for NTSC
and 25.00 fps for PAL
Now I can't say if 3D has something special.

I just looked at it with my 3D glasses and did not find your picture 3D.

p.s I do have a 3d camera which takes double pics and you can see it
through a viewer, I had posted those pics long back.
This is not totaly a 3d pic. A little bit of 3d use in it.
