Ok, so there is the sickular govt at both the centre and the state of delhi. so some muslim young men decide to test if they are stopped by any traffic police personnel at India gate for performing stunts on their bikes, and they succeed very well.. one guy even fell down off his bike.
Delhi police makes a lot of drama.. they even boast" we send your challan at home, if you think you are smart".. and now what???

sometimes back, a group of youth was performing stunts on C.P no motor zone, to mark their happiness on Prakash Utsav..

I think time is very high if we can shift our National capital to somewhat in the centre of the country, because the people at delhi have lost their faith in country's rules and regulations. The lt. governor feels pain of the incoming people who come for jobs here. so i think now the situation is not like a National capital anymore..

shifting will help a lot..
