Default Mayawati "Spoils game" with U.P Partition bill.

I know its very political stuff to discuss, but is it true and correct to divide big provinces??

The way the bill is passed in the U.P Vidhansabha was historic in the meaning of its "Emergent features" .4 Lines read in mere less than 30 seconds or so. Was horrifying to see how a political leader is trying to disturb the politics and minds of the people inclining them to selfishness.

    I have some questions here.
    1. What does Mayawati think? Was it "watch future' for BSP Motive? to win elections in the new 4 states.
    2. Is Mayawati trying to make serious injury to already to Congress lead centre by provoking this critical bill?
    3. Mayawati is alongside BJP/CONGRESS?
with BJP to create troubles for Congress/With congress to take people's eyes off corruption in both U.P and Centre. ?
    4. Is it a R.S.S led motive to break the minority's power in one U.P?
    job takes the child away.

I don't think Mayawati did it because it will help governance and help people. She was looking for an emotional card to play in the coming elections which she got in this form. I think is good for UP to be divided because of the very high relevance of UP in elections due to the higher no. of Loksabha seats. Rahul Gandhi chose UP not because of love towards the peasants and poor people who are available all over country, but he was well aware of the no. of seats UP offer.

This doesn't do any good to UP either. Politicians are playing dirty games to maintain influence in UP for the same reason. Once it is divided, it will be better for the political atmosphere of UP in my opinion. New states like Jharkand, Uttaranchal etc are happy with their current setup and think same will happen to UP.

a political party needs certain percentage of votes in at least 4 different states to be eligible to be treated as a national level party. she is just trying to ensure that so that someday she can hope to be the PM

Valid point. BSP is already a national party but was in power only in UP. BSP fields candidates in almost all states and must votes to make sure they remain one.
