Is it Possible to Earn through Youtube Channel?

As the title suggests..If i have a Youtube channel which has a lot of visitors and views..

Can I Earn money through It??

I dont think you can monetize Youtube with your own ads. There was an option to post videos on your own website back in the days but that was I believe discontinued as there weren't many takers.I might be wrong though.

Is their anyone else who has any knowledge about it??

I've not monetized youtube yet, but I "guess" you can earn through them if you have a valid adsense account. You can use the same to upload videos get views and get paid via check.

But seeing your earlier post regarding your tech blog, I would suggest you to stick with website creation, it surely brings you more money..
