    Anyone had registered Bsnl Customer Care and activated Phone Account on Portal

    No, I have not tried it yet. By the way is it worth it, if we register for do not call, will only the promotional calls from bsnl will be barred or all promotional calls from various instutions will be barred, i am curious as i don't receive any promotional calls from bsnl to my landline anyway.
