Giveaway of the Day is a site where they are offering some of the paid software free on a given day. They give a new software every day. If you have unlimited bandwidth and was searching to download something every now and then, you can give it a try. But most of the time, they are giving only repeated or similar softwares but on days, they also give away some amazing softwares for free.

They also have another sub site where you can download paid games for free at Games Giveaway of the Day, every day. Just give it a try.

I have heard about this sites before and I stayed away from it because i thought it was illegal downloading programs which are paid ! Isnt that true ? I mean they are getting those programs for free from warez and they are giving for free ?

Yeah. This site seems kinda sketchy. How could they give you paid software for free. Wouldn't that violate some kind of terms even if they did buy it first? Even if you could get it for free, would it stay free? The only safe way I could see this happening is if they were trial programs.
