    Default Electricity Cuts

Its the summers and its common to have electricity cuts, there are power cuts more often during the hotter days and they last for up to 7 hours. By that time battery time of inverter is up and bang there is no power at all left. Sometimes its just a certain time there is no electricity, for example at night time. Lately we have been getting power cuts during the night which last about 4 hours. The government wastes so much of its electricity by using it on street lights during the day, turn them off during the day who needs them!

Isn't it about time we get proper electricity I mean like 24/7, like western countries do?

Dont talk about electricity cuts, Delhi has so many of them its unbelievable! Powercusts have lasts for up to 9 hours this year, and when we phone the electricity people they say it will be back soon, and sometimes when we have electricity cuts during the nights there is no fault but its actually done purposely........why? Its not like people dont pay for the amount of electricity they use, then why the long powercuts?

In my country, sometimes power interruption takes 8-10 hours. They even abruptly cut and restore as it will make the meter jump for more consumption to pay.

Wow, in my country the light isn't stable lol, we have moments were there is light and moments when there is no light, which means there are rampant use of generators and fuel and diesel is very important for us. It was quite annoying has my country previously used to provide light for Ghana and Togo and they always had light, the irony, but with our new president things have gotten very better.

Sounds like power there is not sufficient. May I know what are the sources of power there. I do think solar power would be a great source there. Here in my country, many agencies are now considering solar energy. It's just that solar panels are expensive.

Solar power is not very popular but there are few people who use it, and inverters or something like that. I actually do not know the power source, and power isn't insufficient it's our leaders that are greedy and not helping the country, in turn which makes the people not help the country also.
