That really is a great feat indeed. And you are ranked second in all the other major keywords like bsnl broadband, airtel broadband, etc. but only third in sify broadband (is your anger with them a reason for this ) and ranked number one in india broadband.

But overtaking a brand name is definitely a great seo and is really appreciable. Congrats on this and let this feat continue!

Wow! Congratulations! That's quite a feat. Good SEO can make or break a site, and it's also hard to accomplish without spending a lot of money. I'm still a novice, but when I launch my next website, I'm going to hire a person to help me. Hopefully I'll learn enough to do it on my own after.
