I currently work 72 hours per week running my own company. How many do you work both as employers and employees?

I am an employee only. I work anything from 40 to 60 for my employer - but usually closer to 40.

I work for nearly 54 hours per week or sometimes even more on peak weeks. This is really like squeezing the employees to the fore to get their job done. I feel that the indian government should bring a law to prevent such exploits of the companies which does this. I guess there is a law but no one's following it, as you know this is india.

No scheduled timing since I'm doing freelancing. Sometimes, I use to work around 18 hrs a day and 10 hrs a day on some days. Approximately, 70 hrs a week. But, spending more time in searching for new works
