Thread: Can Tata win Orient-Express Hotels & Jaguar & Land Rover

Forget about the Orient-Express Hotels comment on Tata's plan to acquire it. It's better not to discuss about it. But can really Tata acquire Orient-Express Hotels and the jaguar and land rover? If they could, then this could be one of the greatest achievement by an indian company. we know tata's are very agressive when it comes to acquiring companies, let's hope that they win at least jaguar and land rover.

Both Jaguar and Land rover are dead companies and have been making losses for years. The only thing I see Tata gaining out of it is the technology which tata's lack badly in.
Another thing which is possible is that Tata might outsource Jag and Land rover components manufacturing to India and that way they can start pulling profits very quickly.
