I was with airtel postpaid and wanted to convert to prepaid without changing the number and hence gave the request for the same two weeks and they said it will be done within 5 days but till today i have not been converted it to it and when asked they are giving various new reasons for the same. Now i have planned to change to another isp in our place. Airtel really is bad in service unlike most says.
