Scenario:

a) You have a lot of downloaded or electronic copies of movies
b) You wish to build an interface on the PC to select and play a movie

You will require Media Center for XP or Vista for the same.

I have not tried it myself because I simply do not have 200 * 9 GB of filespace. I am also not sure how this will exactly work for DivX (.avi) files but I am sure that there should be a way.

I am not aware that there is any such restriction on information type articles. The restriction must apply to buy/sell, unsolicitated counselling, etc.
