    Default Help Needed!

I have a large collections of songs, which i want to copy onto an audio cd, but im facing a problem. (im quite bad when it comes to copying songs to cds)

The problem which i have is that some of the songs which i have open in real audio player and some which open using the winap player. I am unable to see what format the songs are in, i have gone into the properties for the song and nothing there indicates the format.

How can i change the format of the songs to make it one and so that i can copy them to an audio cd. I had previously tried to copy songs which open in different players onto one cd but it doesnt work.

Which i have is that which is the best cd to use for audio songs.

How can i actually make an mp3 cd so that i can fit more songs onto the cd!

MP3 is the most universally accepted format for audio. The advantage of MP3 is that these files can be played on almost all media players including hardware players such as from Apple, Creative, Sony, etc.

I suggest that you convert the audio files from their current format to MP3. There are many converters available including freeware. I use Nero to encode but that is a paid software.

Once you have all MP3 sources, you can create an MP3 CD (again I use Nero) and then play it almost anywhere including the car audio (CD/MP3) player.

it might sound stupid but i really dont have any clue about burning music cds, what i wanted to know is that there are songs whihc can be compressed to be made in an mp3 cd which can hold something like 50 songs or so..................how do you do that?
