Plz post your experiences with consumer court here. It will help and motivate others also.

Well looks like no one has ever been to a consumer court !

Nope till date never been.. ya i also would like to know about it coz some day it might help me.

Got some experience with the RTI Act though. On both sides of the fence.

well i ve.....

we filed a case agaisnt a doctor who gave my granny wrong medicines and in turn she got reacted to it.....! such a pathetic situation it was .......due to this her skin on the body & inside of the body was gone! we thght she would neva come back but thankfully we called a doc from mumbai ......

Docs from ahmedabad - we got it checked all the docs in n arnd town....thy almost gave her steroids ......which was never req. thy jus coudlnt diagnose ...!

its called STEVEN JONSON's Disease..... i m sure KK would be able to explain it better!

My granny till date is weak n has now affter 3.5 - 4 years shes been recovering.....but with age n diseases like diabetes she had.... its very difficult...! she is not able to eat anything with chillies, pepper, herbs, extra salt , etc.....

i m not sure about the verdict than.....as i had left abroad....! shall check with dad ....

Never had to try consumer court. Nice initiative. You will find a lot of followers from our popular section

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Manjunath M G from Pune asking for justice for cheating made by Tata Indicom.

I had given request for Change of Billing Address on 12th June 2009.
But Customer Care people said "service is not available at new address".
Then I asked for Disconnection. But till today it is being not disconnected & monthly rentals are being received by me.

For any new complaint registration, they use to say "First clear the bill & then come with complaint".

Very Bad & very irresponsible people.

They have taken Rs.1100 excess from me so far & again they are asking for Rs.974 more...

I dont know how to deal with these people.

kindly guide me.
