They're pretty nice, you're talented. Ever thought about selling them to photo stock markets?
Photography is one of my hobbies.
I have Nikon N70 (Film) SLR camera with Tamron 28-100/f 2.8~4 lens. I also have Nikon ED 70-300/f 4~5.6 lens. I have a variety of color filters such as - Polarizer, Graduated neutral density, red, organge, 80B, 85B, etc.
I also have a Kodak Z650 digital point and shoot camera.
I often think of buying a digital SLR but somethings always stops me or something more enticing (like Friends Complete Series on DVD) alters my decision.
@Preeti_20, There are many tips and techniques that I can share. But first you must specify your liking - what picture do you like to take generally:
- Landscapes, Seascapes, Nature?
- Family and occasions?
- Children Playing?
- Sports?
- Portraits?
Some of the tips are:
- take a photo in your mind first and think of what you would like to see. Compose the picture later exactly as you visualized in your mind.
- never take the subject at the centre of the photograph (unless it is a portrait). It should be always on one side.
- common mistake done by all people is that they focus on the face when traking a picture. This leaves a blank wall on the top of the photograph. Focus on the 2nd button below the collar so that picture is completely filled up.
- A landscape/seascape must follow the 30-70 rule, i.e., 30% land, 70% sky. The horizon should lie at that border.
- Landscape/seascapes never come out good in portrait (vertical camera) mode
- never have blank areas in your photograph (except for 30-70 rule mentioned above)
- never take diagonal or such type picture
- enhance the effect by taking dramatic angle - e.g. take the picture of a tall building standing somewhere close to the base and taking a towering angle
There are many such tips. You can join a photo community and check out.
