I don't use torrents to download any file smaller than 100 MB. That would be easier using Rapidshare.

But still, you can use torrents ....

You can use BSNL GPRS if it gives you 3kbps ....though it ll take a long time ...


I have Downloaded a 20mb file using a 2-3kbps connection ...it takes a long time but it works
